- Founded as Indian Skill Enablers.

- Expanded into HR Outsourcing and renamed as Indian Skill Enablers & Outsourcing.

- Incorporated under companies Act as ISEO Systems Pvt. Ltd.

- Member of Executive Recruiters Association.
2008
- ISEO was awarded the first prize for posting highest turnover growth of 134.5% in 2006-07 among the recruitment companies in India.

Social Responsibility of ISEO
GOUD, a charitable Organisation founded by ISEO working with school dropouts for the past four years.
- Helped +2 student to complete his education and also to continue his Graduation in the year 2005.
- Community development – Worked on school dropouts in velachery area and re-enrolled five girl children in to school in the year 2006.
- Constructed a house for a slum dweller in teynampet which was affected in heavy flood in the year 2007.
