HR Consulting
ISEO shall carry out the intervention of any organization that wants to restructure or initiate culture building exercises. In the process ISEO will take up assignments like organizational climate survey, Employee satisfaction survey, Competency mapping, Skill inventory and performance monitoring.
Staffing
ISEO shall provide manpower to meet your long term or short term requirements. ISEO staff will be deputed to your work place and will be paid by us.
Compensation Survey
ISEO will take up compensation survey in any type of industry in India. As per your requirement we will collect the data, compile it, analyze it and submit a report.
Statutory Records Administration and Updation
ISEO shall pay the PF, ESI payments within the specified time period and submit the periodical returns to avoid legal actions. ISEO will maintain and update all the statutory records periodically.
Pay Roll Processing
ISEO will collect the time office / attendance details of employees and process the same at your/our office and process the payroll at the month end. We will prepare the salary slips, take printouts and issue to the employees as per the mode followed and advise the finance department to credit salary to the individual accounts.
Performance Management
As and when the organization wants to monitor the performance of employees periodically, ISEO shall carry out the preparation of performance appraisal forms, issue to the employees, collect the filled in forms compute the data, analyze the data and submit with the ratings irrespective of the locations anywhere in the world.
Resume Management
If any organization would like to release an advertisement in the newspaper or any websites to recruit candidates ISEO shall carry out the screening of resumes, short listing, lining up for interview, sending appointment letters to those who are selected.
